PIP 2008 is the 3rd annual property expo organized by PIP Creation Sdn. Bhd. to be held over three days from 14 to 16 March 2008 at the Penang International Sports Arena (PISA).

Initiated in the year 2006 by Penevents Sdn. Bhd. a new JV Company, PIP Creation Sdn. Bhd., was formed to organise subsequent expos.

PIP was conceived as a platform for developers to showcase, market or promote their projects not only to local buyers but overseas buyers as well - especially retirees or others who are interested to make Malaysia and in particular Penang their second home under the 'Malaysia My Second Home' programme. This objective has proven to be successful from the large number of developers, local and overseas buyers or their agents who participated in the last two expos.

Added attractions to participants and visitors were the public talks and symposiums on housing and related matters - and also property auctions.

The organizers have drawn up an elaborate A & P programme for PIP 2008 which includes road shows in other parts of Malaysia, advertisements in newspapers, magazines and radio, and outdoor advertisements in the form of billboards, streamers and flyers, to attract exhibitors as well as visitors, both local and overseas.

The launching of PIP 2008 will be officiated by Right Honourable Chief Minister of Penang, on 14th March 2008.
