The Penang International Property & Expo 2007 (PIP'07) which was held at the Penang International Sports Arena offered possibly Penang's largest selection of properties, home services & products, lifestyle products, Malaysia My Second Home Programme, excellent medical facilities that are available in Penang, investment dialogues fabulous lucky draw prizes, auctions and public talks.

The extravagant had more than 20,000 visitors. The public talks delivered by reputable speakers, and were well attended by the visitors. Lots of activities and attractions of vast public interest also brought in to add colour and flavor to the Expo.

Overall the Expo was a success with a steady flow of quality crowd throughout the three days.
