I must congratulate PIP Creation Sdn. Bhd. for once again organizing the Penang International Property Expo 2010 (PIP 10') from 19th to 21st March 2010 at PISA.

I am confident that this Annual Property Showcase which is the 5th in the series will be well accepted given the current economic recovery. While prices have been stable, new launches of projects are increasing lately. I am sure, PIP visitors would chance upon a wide range of properties and related home products in the expo.

As with previous years, PIP expo stands out for its interesting programs such as talks and forums which are not only informative and of concern to would be house buyers but to the general public as well. PIP expo also provides effective networking amongst the exhibitors and professionals in the property and related industries. Hence, its stature as one of the State trade events for 2010.
